Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Communications Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping our online presence and brand community. This role will oversee the development and execution of our social media strategy, influencer marketing campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across all social platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth in reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Support the management of Social agency partners to fulfill above objectives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and/or community management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns.
- Experience managing teams and external agency partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
