Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Manager to lead and grow our online presence, partnerships, and brand community. This role will manage a team of specialists focusing on social media, influencers, and community engagement, while overseeing agency partners to deliver strategic, engaging, and results-driven campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with overall brand objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of specialists dedicated to social media, influencers, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to develop cohesive campaigns and content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain the brand's leadership in social and influencer marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and/or community management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns.
