Responsibilities
- Process and monitor domestic and international wholesale customer orders, documents, and reports for key clients such as Costco, Walmart, Target, GNC, iHerb, Kroger, Coupang, and Vitamin Shoppe.
- Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Troubleshoot any issues or delays in order fulfillment, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and sales logs, tracking shipments and updates to ensure seamless communication with customers.
Key Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in wholesale order entry and administrative support for major retailers like Walmart, Target, Costco, GNC, or Kroger.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify, Zendesk, and Wrike is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite.
