Job Description
This role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international wholesale customer orders, documents, and reports. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in wholesale order entry and administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process wholesale customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and sales logs, tracking shipments and updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot any issues or delays in order fulfillment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in wholesale order entry and administrative support for major retailers like Walmart, Target, Costco, GNC, or Kroger.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify, Zendesk, and Wrike is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite.
