Embroidery Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, focusing on the fabrication and assembly of garments. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for garment construction, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production cycle.

Duties

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to fabricate garments according to specifications.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating sewing machines and understanding garment construction techniques.
• Experience in fabricating garments or working in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in products.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
