Job Title: Part-Time Heat Pressing/Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Hours: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week

Schedule: Must have weekend availability. Day shift with some evenings. (6:00pm latest)

Requirements: Open and/or weekend availability. Willing to cross-train and function in both a Heat Pressing and CSR role.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a part-time Heat Pressing/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working in a creative environment, and have a passion for helping customers, this role could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Heat Pressing: Assist customers with custom garment orders, including names, numbers, and designs.
• Print designs onto vinyl transfer material, cut designs, and use the heat press to adhere them to garments.
• Handle a variety of heat-pressing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with placing orders in-store and over the phone.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
• Assist with maintaining inventory and ensuring the workspace is clean and organized.
• Provide support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have confirmed, open availability and be willing to work weekends.
• No prior heat pressing experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for order processing.
• Familiarity with Windows computers to operate the front register.
• Friendly, reliable, and open-minded attitude.
• Basic knowledge of sports, clothing, and local schools/organizations is preferred but not required.

Typical Business Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Noon - 4:00 PM (Closed Sundays during the winter season; winter hours may vary.)
