Purpose of Position - Build and maintain paid marketing campaigns, maintain strategies consistent with marketing objectives, and oversee project management. Level 1 requires 0-2 years of full-time Marketing Coordinator experience with exceptional results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels, ensuring brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity.
- Maintain positive vendor relationships by respecting logo and graphic usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage calendar, identify key products and coordinate marketing efforts with marketing coordinator.
- Manage all front page and mailers for US, including execution and reporting. Act as a guide and consultant for EU & AU.
- Manage COOP budget and associated campaigns, including campaign creation, reporting and invoicing.
- Collaborate with web content on any brand marketing content initiatives for both paid and organic.
- Detailed analysis of budget, ROAS, and other metrics depending on campaign goals.
- Build, maintain, and analyze all paid marketing campaigns.
- Oversee all project management ensuring quality control, deadline management, and efficient processes.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.
- Stay on top of market & social trends and implement into strategies.
- Bi-monthly presentation in internal meetings sharing progress and initiatives.
- Marketing representation in key vendor meetings as available.
