Armworks is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude to join our team as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist interested in Hand Therapy in our Beaverton clinic location for immediate hire.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $78,624 - $93,912 dependent upon hand therapy experience
Minimum Experience: New graduate with strong level 2 fieldwork in Hand Therapy; experience in or enthusiasm for custom splinting preferred
Perk: Hand Therapy Mentorship program, work directly with a CHT.

Job Description
Armworks is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude to join our team as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist interested in Hand Therapy in our Beaverton clinic location for immediate hire.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum.
- Current state of OR license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
- Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
- Being a therapist that is a coach, guide and educator for their patients.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy and patient care.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.
Salary Range: $78,624 - $93,912 dependent upon hand therapy experience

- An individualized mentorship plan with a CHT is offered for a newer hand therapist
- 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions, 11 treatments per day
