What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior UX/UI Designer position at Sportsdigita?
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior UX / UI Designer with a strong background in graphic design to join our design team. You will help develop intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences within the DIGIDECK platform while applying your graphic design expertise to create visually compelling and effective designs and layouts. You will collaborate closely with our Director of Creative Operations, Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) and Presentation Designers to ensure that the design meets our clients' creative and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop intuitive, high-quality user experiences that balance functionality with aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Use graphic design expertise to create visually stunning and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
- Create detailed design specifications, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes as needed.
- Research and apply usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with the Director of Creative Operations, CEMs and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, promoting a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design patterns, and new tools to continually refine and improve design practices.
- Ensure accessibility standards are met and that designs are responsive and work across various devices.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the user's needs and pain points are prioritized.
