What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Sportsman Boats Mfg.?
Do you have aspirations to grow, learn, and earn more money? Sportsman Boats is looking for warehouse associates to start off as a material kit picker and be cross-trained on all aspects of warehouse processes and positions. If you are detail oriented and a bit of a perfectionist, you may be a great fit!
What you will do:
- Locate, pull, and place parts in bins to be distributed throughout the plant
- Package or kit finished product for shipping
- Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information
- Weights or counts items for distribution
- Enter information into inventory management system
What you have done:
- Had good tenure in previous employers, or be a recent graduate
- A track record of being early when you have something scheduled, like work
- Be detail oriented
- Preference for 1-2 years experience in a warehouse or related setting
