What are the responsibilities and job description for the Birthday Party Game Leader position at Sportsplex Management Group?
Our hiring event will be Saturday, August 17, at 3pm.
Please dress comfortably and appropriately. The event is 1 hour. Successful candidates will be invited join us for a second interview on Friday, August 23 at 5pm.
If hired, training will run on Sunday, August 25 from 1-3pm. Employees will begin work the week of September 1st.

Responsibilities
- Bring the energy to the party and playing surface!
- Lead the party game of choice (soccer, basketball, nerf, etc.).
- Interact with all party kids and their parents to build lasting memories.
- Keep the games safe and fun so that everyone has a blast.
- Set-up and clean-up the playing surface before and after parties.
Qualifications
- No experience needed! We train our staff to ensure confidence and competence with all party activities.
- Outgoing, vibrant personality - someone who is social and comfortable interacting with party parents and kids.
Pay
- $10-12/hr based on experience
- potential for raises based on performance
