UX Designer

Philadelphia, PA or Remote

Position Summary

As a UX Designer at Sporttrade, you will be an integral part of our small, but growing design team. You’ll work collaboratively with other designers, researchers, product managers, and customer support to help build and evolve our digital products.

Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing flows, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting the UX Research Lead with user testing, interviews, and other research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design flows, wireframes, and prototypes for internal and external products across native mobile and web based platforms.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering partners to represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, and ensure design quality.
• Work in close collaboration with the UX Research Lead to conduct research studies, while establishing our research processes and practice.
• Work closely with Product to gather requirements
• Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in our product team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a UX Designer role
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Invision, and similar design tools
• Experience or interest in supporting UX research
• Experience or Interest in trading stocks and betting on sports a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• A utility player who can adapt to the changing needs of the team
• Not afraid to fail
