Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist with customer inquiries via phone calls and emails, providing product information, quotes, and updates.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales and repeat business.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage Sportzturf’s social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (experience in the turf or landscaping industry is a plus).
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and basic digital marketing tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
