Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care and pest control, with experience in operating various power tools and farm machinery. This role involves applying treatments to landscapes and agricultural areas, ensuring the health and aesthetics of the environment while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain spray equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers effectively.
- Conduct inspections of lawns, landscapes, and farms to identify pest issues or areas requiring treatment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop treatment plans based on customer needs and environmental conditions.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while handling chemicals and operating machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including product types, application rates, and areas treated.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on lawn care and pest management.
- Assist in inventory management and upkeep of equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to drive to various job sites as required.
- Knowledge of landscape management practices is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
