Who You Are :
SpotAI's operations team is looking for an Operations Specialist to support the operations and sales teams in processing and shipping customer orders. This role requires an individual with high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment. Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a highly driven atmosphere while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
What Excites You :
- Processing orders in ERP (Oracle NetSuite) and external 3PL systems - ensure that orders and exchanges are processed on time and validating all information required to ship the orders accurately to customers. Understand Salesforce basics.
- Customer support - handle order inquiries from internal and external customers regarding orders, tracking number and other enquiries. Understanding movement of inventory in UPS, FedEx and LTL tracking systems.
- Writing POs with suppliers, receiving orders appropriately and on time, inventory monitoring and shipping - ensure inventory accuracy, communicate with our 3PL to expedite orders and resolve shipment issues.
- Strong communication - communicating effectively and clearly with distributors, partners, and customers and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional follow-ups to address any inquiries that require additional information.
- Implementing process - Identifying opportunities for process improvements, collaborating with cross functional partners, and creating implementation of new process / policies
