The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of executing various marketing concepts through creative design, has a solid understanding of the digital and print landscapes, works efficiently in a deadline driven environment, is highly organized and strives for detailed, polished results every time.

Responsibilities:
- Will provide creative thinking that understands business needs and translates those needs into creative solutions for brand identity, merchandising and collateral across the Spot portfolio.
- Create design solutions that support brand strategy, initiatives, objectives and goals through best-in-class design.
- Effectively present creative concepts to internal teams as needed with thoughtful rationale.
- Understand assigned creative briefs to ensure information is actionable prior to executing design work.
- Execute and apply brand style guide elements, including brand identity, logo, presentations, typography, digital assets, photography, print collateral, direct mail, web properties, intranet properties, and activation materials, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.
- Maintain knowledge of creative marketing trends and best practices.
- Prepare final assets according to specific production guidelines with accuracy, efficiency, and replication.
- Works closely with executive team on build out/updates to office locations around the country.
- Works closely with the Director of Marketing to execute current strategies and create new strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art or related field.
- Three to five years of proven progressive experience within a corporate B2B marketing department, advertising/marketing company or freelance/contract environment.
- Proficient computer skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Digital, social media, web, print, event, office design required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative under ambiguous circumstances in a fast paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal presentation skills.
- Must provide samples of your best work
- Onsite 5 days a week in the Indianapolis office
