Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Design scalable automation solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop and implement seamless system integrations and robust automation scripts.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, designing optimized solutions.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues post-deployment to ensure minimal downtime.
Skills and Experience Sought:
- Proficiency in system administration, networking, virtualization, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools like Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network , MCSA, VCP, and CCNA.
