Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank, credit card and other billing statements.
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records and files.
- Assist with the month-end close (adjusting journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.)
- Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliations.
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
- Assist with the annual audit process including preparing the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
- Assist with establishing, modifying, documenting, and coordinating the implementation of accounting control procedures / processes.

This role offers a salary range of $90,000-$100,000 plus an annual bonus of 10%, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with a company match after 6 months of employment.
