What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer / Quality Control Specialist position at Spotless Cleaning SVC?
We are a residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about training and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is accountable, detail-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one on one training sessions with technicians to ensure they are performing at the highest level
- Perform 5 inspections per day to ensure quality control standards are being met
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide leadership and support as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to technicians and management
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall success of the team
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in training and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
