Housekeepers, or Room Attendant

Overview
We are seeking to fill multiple roles within our Housekeeping team. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. As a family owned and operated company we are looking for team members that will drive us to our goals. If you are a hard worker, we welcome you to interview with us. Basic English is required.

This role can be full time, contract, or seasonal based upon request. Additionally a bonus structure is in place based on meeting cleanliness quality, and time goals. The location can vary between multiple hotel properties.

Pay:

Housekeeper / Room Attendant- Minimum $17-$19 with bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a spotless environment.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established housekeeping protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs as required for cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
• If applying for a manager or supervisory role you must have inspector or management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
