What You'll Do

• Design for Results: Lead high-profile projects, including web design, marketing graphics, social media visuals, digital advertising, video design, and motion graphics, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
• Strategic Creativity: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop concepts that align with business objectives and generate results.
• Web and Advertising Focus: Create visually compelling designs for websites and advertising campaigns that engage audiences and convert leads.
• Project Oversight: Manage design timelines and workflows, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Brand Consistency: Develop cohesive brand identities and maintain brand integrity across all visual assets.
• Reporting Impact: Demonstrate how design contributes to marketing success through clear reporting and analysis.

What We're Looking For

• Result-Oriented Designer: A portfolio that showcases high-quality work with a proven impact on business growth and marketing success.
• Experienced Professional: 5 years of graphic design experience, particularly in corporate and business design.
• Web and Advertising Expertise: Strong understanding of web design, digital advertising, and visual storytelling.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate client goals into effective and engaging visual campaigns.
• Team Collaborator: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients and team members.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, particularly in digital and print design standards.
