ResearchforOwnershipandOccupancyRequirements :
Conductresearchrelatedtopropertyownershipandoccupancyrequirementsasneeded.

GeneralOfficeManagementandTroubleshooting :
Overseedailyofficeoperations,ensuringaproductiveworkenvironment.

Qualifications :
BachelorsdegreeinBusinessAdministrationorrelatedfieldpreferred.
Provenexperienceinofficemanagementoradministrativeroles.
Stronganalyticalskillswithexperienceindataauditingandcleaning.
Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)andfamiliaritywithdatabasemanagementsystems.
Abilitytomanagemultipletaskssimultaneouslywhilemaintainingattentiontodetail.
