Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch staff to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies for upselling financial products and services to meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash handling processes to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service best practices and fraud prevention detection.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment that reflects the company’s values.
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and fraud prevention measures.
- Familiarity with the Bank Secrecy Act regulations is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
