Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system for processing and shipping
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional support to customers
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues
- Track shipments and provide customers with status updates as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Experience working with shipping/receiving processes is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
