Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Electrical Helper to join our team. In this role, you'll support licensed electricians with a variety of tasks on construction sites, contributing to the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with the installation of electrical systems including wiring, conduit, panels, outlets, and lighting
- Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools and power tools
- Pull electrical wires and cables through conduit
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on the job site
- Perform other duties as assigned by the electrician or site supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or electrical experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Work Environment:
- Outdoor and indoor construction settings
- Physically demanding with standing, bending, climbing, and lifting required
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
