Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Help troubleshoot mechanical issues and find solutions.
- Work with senior technicians to fabricate parts when needed.
- Support facility maintenance projects while following safety guidelines.
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts.
- Occasionally take the lead on small tasks or projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic mechanical knowledge (or a strong willingness to learn!).
- Some familiarity with facility maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and understand schematics.
- Strong customer service skills—you’ll be helping people out!
- Leadership potential—you might supervise small tasks from time to time.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
