Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints to assess plumbing layouts
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machines effectively
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals on-site
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Skills
- Proficient in plumbing techniques including pipe threading and installation
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work
- Knowledge of construction site protocols
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in commercial driving or as a maintenance person is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
