In this role, you will oversee a team of approximately six office personnel and five field crews, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the efforts of the team, overseeing scheduling, project assignments, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery, and preparing and managing contracts and proposals for both municipal and private sector projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need 15 years of experience in Land Surveying, familiarity with site development projects, public works, and private sector challenges, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
