Essential Job Functions
- Supports adult education instructors as they plan and implement a variety of courses intended to actively engage, inspire and empower adult learners.
- Assists adult learners with the organization and completion of daily work assignments.
- Assists with evaluating and testing adult learners.
- Works with small groups of adult learners in various subject areas.
- Performs routine clerical duties such as copying, typing, answering/making telephone calls, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Attends training as needed to support job functions
Required
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of two (2) years working with groups of individuals either within an instructional, educational or related setting
- Associates Degree from an accredited college or university

Employment Terms: This position is classified as an as hourly support role. The schedule for this position will be considered
part-time and structured on an hourly, as needed basis. This position is evaluated annually.
