- Teach students in assigned locations and at designated times
- Design coherent instruction based on subject matter, current practices, and curriculum goals
- Plan instruction to achieve desired objectives, reflecting Virginia Standards of Learning and division curriculum guidelines
- Prepare for classes, demonstrating lesson preparation upon request
- D diagnose individual, group, and program needs, planning resource allocation
- Evaluate student progress, providing prompt feedback and maintaining records
- Administer standardized tests, identifying specific performance expectations
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to obtain required license(s) and/or endorsement(s)
- An acceptable rating of prior teaching experience
