What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Technician position at Spotts, Stevens and McCoy?
Description
Spotts, Stevens and McCoy is currently recruiting for a Survey Technician who will operate all field surveying instruments, including robotic survey instruments, GPS surveying instruments, and auto-levels. In addition, the Survey Technician will learn to download field data to be used in preparing AutoCAD drawings in Civil3D.
Requirements
- AS in Surveying Technology or related technical school and/or college degree or commensurate experience preferred.
- SIT highly preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3d and Robotic Total Station and data collectors.
- Ability to work outside in all conditions.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and other computer software.
- Valid PA driver’s license.
