Production Associate

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring that quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency on the assembly line. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various power and hand tools safely.

Duties

• Assemble, package, and inspect products for quality control.
• Work efficiently on the assembly line, ensuring timely production of high-quality products.
• Fabricate parts as needed, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Shift Details:

• Timing: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM
• Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
• Location: Pasquinelli Dr, Westmont, IL 60559

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
