REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in technology leadership roles.
- Strong track record of developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of current technology trends, including cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on talent development and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience working in a high growth company requiring adaptability to technological changes, department strategy, and evolving industry standards highly desirable.
- Ability and willingness to “get the job done”, allowing for flexible and extended hours, depending upon the project and/or business needs
- Office environment (does own documentation and interacts directly with others in virtually all situations)
