We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HSE Coordinator to join our growing team.
The HSE Coordinator position provides operational support with emphasis on development, coordination, and execution/implementation of policies, procedures, and programs within the company. This includes but is not limited to company specific compliance, regulatory agency (OSHA) compliance, hazard identification, incident and risk identification and mitigation, performance measures, and remedial programs.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Minimize workplace injuries and recordables
- Establish and maintain a good safety culture
- New hire orientations
- Track CPR and First Aid re-certifications
- Inspect pump and pipeline setups
- Manage incidents after hours
- Manage DISA drug testing requirements
- Manage observation reporting and corrections
- Fire Extinguisher inspections
Job requirements:
- Previous oilfield experience
- 24/7 on call for major incidents
- Work closely with customers safety department on safety culture, reporting incidents, follow up on observations, and as needed motivation plans.
- Must be able to lift between 50-75 pounds regularly
Work conditions:
- Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, plus after-hours incidents
- Company truck
- If all office work is completed, you may be asked to work in the field
- Moderate to heavy physical activity
- Moderate exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Occasional to frequent use of stairs, ladders, etc.
