As a valued crew member, the Terminal Operator at our Searsport, ME Terminal will work in a team environment with leadership to optimize efficiency while focusing on safety every shift. Being a member of Sprague's terminal operations will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of operations including but not limited to, off-loading liquid and bulk product ships / barges, conducting tank to tank transfers, performing preventative maintenance & general upkeep of the terminal, and providing customer service. Operations are performed in a maritime environment, 24 / 7 / 365.
A successful terminal operator will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for promotion opportunities based on performance.
This position is on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Operations are conducted in a maritime environment 24 / 7 / 365.

Incumbent must possess the ability to work in a safe manner and maintain a constant state of alertness as the nature of work performed within our terminal operations create conditions where a momentary lack of concentration or alertness can lead to catastrophic results.
