Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and process customer invoices in Sage 100 Contractor software.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely collections.
- Reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer account records.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to track overdue accounts and follow up with clients.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing AR-related data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and address client concerns.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
- Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor software is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
