Spray Equipment & Service Center is looking for a dependable Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our work team.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers (via phone and/or in person) with sales of merchandise in a professional manner.
- Resolve/research any customer questions/complaints and ensure resolution in a timely fashion.
- Help ensure inventory is accurate and organized.
- Communicate with salesmen regarding customer parts orders.
- Keep work area clean and well organized.
- Proficient in the use of parts breakdowns.
- Serve as backup to shipping and receiving as needed.
- Ensure all sales to customers are logged on to Pick Tickets.
- Ensure all parts are pulled for Pick Ticket.
- Make sure all tickets are placed in proper file for processing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer knowledge.
- At least 1 year in customer service preferred.
