Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. As a key part of our underground infrastructure crew, you will assist in the repair and lining of pipelines, ensuring job sites are prepared, maintained, and operated safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow directions from the site supervisor.
- Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials, equipment, and tools.
- Operate and maintain equipment and hand tools safely.
- Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
- Clean and maintain the jobsite by removing debris and hazards.
- Work in various weather conditions and adapt to physically demanding tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, underground utilities, or pipeline work is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Valid driver’s license required.
