Job Responsibilities :
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial clients
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming) for a flawless finish
- Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Refinish and paint kitchen cabinets with precision
- Install epoxy coatings on concrete floors, ensuring proper application
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements : What We’re Looking For :
Experienced Painters – Interior, exterior, residential, and commercial experience preferred Detail-Oriented Professionals – Pride in craftsmanship is a must Team Players – Ability to work independently and with a crew Reliable & Hardworking – Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Physically Capable – Able to lift materials, climb ladders, and work in various environments Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Mandatory
