Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Painter & Field Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone who is willing to learn, work hard, and strives for exceptional results every time. If hired, you will be responsible for the majority of spraying and must be comfortable and experienced with spraying kitchens and all exterior surfaces. You will also work with the team to clean and prep the surfaces prior to painting. You must be comfortable moving quickly up and down ladders, and also willing to work in a face-paced environment. Spray-Net's proprietary coatings cure quickly, and our goal is to transform a client's home in as little as a day!

Duties
- Follow directions and guidance from Team Lead to ensure things are done right and on schedule
- Thoroughly clean, prepare and sand surfaces to be painted
- Spray paint a range of interior cabinetry, including detailed trim work, as well as all exterior painting surfaces
- Tape, mask, sand and perform minor repairs
- Perform caulking and stucco applications to ensure proper sealing and finishing of structures
- Execute construction painting tasks, maintaining aesthetic quality and durability
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and taken care of
- Make sure the truck and enclosed trailer stay organized and looking professional
- Learn the "Spray-Net" way and play your unique part in blowing the customers' minds! (Really...they are very impressed with our service and quality, and this is the best part of our jobs!)
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally
- Ability to move at a quick and efficient pace
- Ability to quickly and accurately tape and mask various surfaces with an exceptional level of detail
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to jobsites
- Pride in your work, positive attitude and attention to detail
- Independent, self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work at heights and lift/move a ladder
- Willing to work in various weather conditions (for exterior jobs)
- 5 years in painting industry, with spray painting experience preferred
- Must speak fluent English

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
