Spray-Net is a specialized Exterior painting and kitchen Cabinet refinishing company offering a 15 year No-peel warranty in our jobs due to proprietary coatings for the surfaces we paint. We have a strategic relationship with a major Home Improvement retailer nationwide and we are going to start offering our Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing services in stores in our region and we need people like you to ensure high quality in our service to keep with our growth path,

Full-time position available starting March 18th
Daytime, evening and weekend flexibility required
Hourly rate: $21-25 plus performance bonus
Service Area: All of the Greater Knoxville Area (Knoxville, Loudon, Alcoa, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, Townsend, Louisville, Lenoir City, Gatlinburg, Clinton, Kingston, Harriman)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Spray application painting using specialized equipment
• Ensure surfaces properly prepared for paint
• Taping, sanding, minor repairs as needed
• Make sure equipment stays in top shape
• Make sure job site and trucks look professional
• Learn the Spray-Net way
• Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Language: English and Spanish
• Complete our online and on-site training program
• 1 years in painting industry
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• Independent & self-motivated
• Organized
• Enjoy making customers happy
• Flexible working hours
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to lift and move a ladder
