Assistant Painter / Prep Worker

Full-time positions available M-F
Hourly rate: $20 DOE
Service Area: North Phoenix and surrounding areas

• Prep work for painting cabinets, stucco, brick, doors & windows, & more

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist painter to make sure job is done right and on time
• Spray smaller items with experience
• Prepare surfaces to be ready to be sprayed
• CLEANING, SANDING, MASKING & TAPING (this is a BIG part of the job)
• Make sure equipment stays clean and in top shape
• Make sure job site and trucks look professional at all times
• Use of heavy ladders will be involved on exterior jobs
• Must feel comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Learn the Spray-Net way
• Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Language: English
• Complete our online and on-site training program
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Pride in your work and ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST
• A team player
• Organized
• Enjoy making customers happy
• Not afraid of heights
• Ability to lift and move ladders
