We need a high-performing sales professional with strong relationships in facilities management, commercial real estate, and building operations.
- You already know the decision-makers facility managers, building engineers, property management firms, and operations directors in hotels, casinos, hospitals, corporate offices, and industrial properties .
- You have a track record of closing deals in commercial services, building maintenance, or industrial solutions .
- You are entrepreneurial motivated by commission-based earnings and the opportunity to own a new market .
- You thrive in business development , securing new accounts and introducing innovative solutions to industry leaders .
