Production Supervisor
Spray-Tek is an industry leader providing custom spray drying services to leading companies in the world's most quality-conscious industries.
We are searching for a Production Supervisor to join our team in the Bethlehem, PA facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a multi-shift process operation that includes spray drying in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
- Finite scheduling and production of quality flavors to meet objectives and satisfy customer requirements.
- Direct, discipline, and evaluate subordinates.
- Maintain all areas and equipment in a clean, neat, orderly manner within good manufacturing practices.
Requirements:
- Computer literate with strong math and reading skills.
- BS in relative field.
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and work well with others.
