We are seeking Spanish-speaking caregivers/Direct Care Staff for the Santa Maria area. Experience working in supported living, adult day programs, or individuals with intellectual disabilities is desired. but not a disqualifier.
Most positions require you to have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle; however, we occasionally have open shifts where this isn't a requirement.

We offer flexible scheduling options, as well as on-call opportunities. We provide individuals we serve with Direct Care Services in the comfort of their own homes - this is not in a facility.
Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour

We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
