Immediate hiring of Personal Care Attendant/Direct Care Staff for the Lompoc area, CA.
Preferred experience working in supported living or working with individuals with other intellectual disabilities is a plus!
Rate: $18-$20
This is a great opportunity for part-time work or supplement income with a second job.
We are looking for staff who is able to work:
Position #1 Weekends- Full Time 48hrs per week-16 hour shifts/3 Days- Driver- Awake Overnight
Friday 3pm-Saturday 7am
Saturday 3pm-Sunday 7am
Sunday 3pm-Monday 7am
Position #2 Weekends- Part Time 28hrs per week- 8 hour shifts/3 Days- Driver-Day Shift
Friday 3pm-11pm
Saturday 3pm-11pm
Sunday 3pm-pm
Position #3 Weekends- Part Time 28hrs per week- 8 hour shifts/3 Days- Driver-Awake Overnight
Friday 11pm-7am
Saturday 11pm-7am
Sunday 11pm-7am
Having a valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle is required.

The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
Having a valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle is required.
