What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew member position at SpreadRite, LLC?
Crew members are primarily responsible for working with crew leaders to install erosion and sediment controls (e.g. silt fence, inlet protection) that are commonly used as Best Management Practices (BMPs) at construction sites.
In a General Applicator role, you will be working with the Hydroseeding team in the application process.
Crew Member / General Applicator Responsibilities & Duties
- Following safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Help maintain equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Crew Member / General Applicator Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to travel out of town
- work in various positions, including but not limited to walking, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods;
and being able to lift to 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout an assigned workday
