Job Overview :

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting Sprecher Brewing Company's finance and operations teams. This role requires strong expertise in manufacturing and production accounting, inventory management, and financial planning. The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s success through cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure (CapEx) project planning. The Senior Business Analyst will also assist with inventory management and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Forecasting : Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and profitability projections.
• Variance Analysis : Analyze financial results and identify key variances from budget and forecast, providing actionable insights to management.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries.
• Financial Modeling : Build and update financial models to guide and support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Ad hoc Analysis : Perform special financial analysis as needed to support business decisions and provide insights on financial performance.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Provide financial insights to assist in business decision-making, including variance analysis and performance monitoring.
• Costing & Financial Analysis : Analyze production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare detailed cost reports for management.
• CapEx Project Planning : Assist in planning and analyzing capital expenditure projects, ensuring proper budgeting and tracking of project costs.
• Budgeting : Assist in the annual budgeting process by gathering data, preparing reports, and collaborating with department heads to create budget plans.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, tools, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide additional support to the finance team as directed.
