Financial Analyst

Spreetail is looking for a Financial Analyst! This position will be responsible for all things FP&A specific to our Channels or Vendor Management teams. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments both in, and out, of finance!

How You Will Achieve Success

• Perform reviews of weekly and monthly financial results, providing actionable insights, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain a weekly order audit process while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Commercial Finance organization.
• Develop and implement tools to enhance support for cross-functional business partners and provide decision support insights to senior management.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial data handling and reporting.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, adaptability, and professionalism, collaborating effectively across departments and presenting confidently to external stakeholders.
  
  

What Experiences Will Help You In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel for data analysis and reporting, and experience with tools such as PowerBI and SQL strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data, along with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn.
• Passionate about completing tasks and seeing projects through to successful completion.
  
  

$58,000 - $80,000 a year
