Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Manager to join our office team. As the Agency Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to assist existing customers with their insurance needs. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities :
Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals and objectives.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to providing exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily office operations, including but not limited to customer inquiries, policy management, and administrative tasks.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to assist existing customers with additional insurance products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
State insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
